Quality Policy

Debt Reduction Services’ emphasis on quality pervades all aspects of what we do for our clients, and the public at large.

Through the processes of staff training, certification—both internal and external, monitoring and customer feedback we continually assess and improve our various programs.

It is our contention that the pursuit of quality is ongoing and evolving, and therefore it will continue to be a prime focus of our organization.

Quality Objectives

  1. Debt Reduction Services will offer the best, most comprehensive educational programs available, both to our clients, and those exploring our educational materials, or attending our classes.
  2. To provide each client with superior customer service, and to continually look for ways to improve upon our already successful “Accelerated Repayment Program”.
  3. To provide excellent training to our staff, so that they may in turn provide quality, competent education and service to our clients.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to promote financial responsibility in our clients and community members nationwide. We accomplish this through educational programs, counseling, and personalized services. We thus empower individuals to develop and use positive budgeting skills and effective spending behaviors, to use credit wisely, and to prevent, manage, and eliminate consumer debt.
