TEFAP…The Emergency Food Assistance ProgramThe Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) is funded entirely by the United State Department of Agriculture. Commodities are stored at the Mississippi Food Network in Jackson and the Twelve Baskets Food Bank in Biloxi.
