We currently have a great opportunity for professionals with excellent retention experience to work at our corporate office in Boise. The right candidate will have a courteous and professional demeanor, be accountable and enjoy helping others. Retention representatives will be calling customers who have missed payments or and taking calls from customers who want to drop from the debt management program. Your job is to save them as a customer.
Must have previous customer service experience and at least 1 year sales experience with the same employer, Experience including up-selling and cross-selling products, collections, strong listening and probing skills, ability to retain customers and solid problem solving and decision making.
*Ability to resolve client issues in a professional, respectful and friendly manner at all times
*Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
*Ability to meet critical deadlines
*Ability to use strong organizational skills and prioritize attention to detail and follow-up
*Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and general computer skills, type a minimum of 45 words per minute.
*Ability to learn and use various industry-related software with flexibility
*Ability to perform basic mathematic calculations
*Ability to responsibly maintain confidential customer information
Each candidate must have flexibility to work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 7:00am and 7:00pm which could include a rotating Saturday work schedule of 9-1pm.
Background check and high school diploma or GED is required.

We are looking for a professional individual possessing excellent customer service skills to become a Customer Service Representative in our Boise, Idaho office.
* Experience: customer service and sales, personal banker, credit card account reps, call center, and or debt collection.
*CSR Position is a mixed variety of job functions and multi-tasking responsibilities. These various job functions are customer service, client retention, and accurate data entry/processing. CSR's will perform these responsibilities either in person, by phone, or by computer email in a fast paced environment efficiently.
*Background Check required. *High School Diploma or GED required. *Fulltime 40 hours per week. (Monday-Friday with rotating Saturday shift). $13.00 per hour. *Benefit package. *Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

*Bankruptcy Specialist is a mixed variety of job functions and multi-tasking responsibilities. These various job functions are providing pre and post bankruptcy related credit counseling certificate via phone, email and internet. Administrative assistance with webinars, education classes, workshops, network events and business building endeavors. Communicating with clients via phone, email, mail and in person, assisting in coordinating and conducting education programs.

Debt Reduction Services is a non-profit organization. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with 2 years experience with strong skills in office and customer service with attention to detail and accuracy of data. This individual with strong initiative will provide receptionist and customer services help in our Boise Corporate office. High School Diploma or GED and a Background Check are required. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Convenient Part time afternoon/evening work schedule, Monday-Friday 2pm -- 7pm. With a rotating Saturday schedule 9:00-1:00pm. $12.25 per hour. Plus benefits.
Successful experience as a receptionist with multi-line phone system in a rapid pace environment in a professional manner. Pleasant, courteous and must have good phone skills. This individual will need strong written and verbal communication skills. Job Duties include greeting clients, answering phone calls, accepting payments, sorting mail. We will train the right individual.
