We are looking for an experienced customer service candidate to train as a Certified Financial Counselor, Full Time position in our Boise, ID office Monday through Friday and a rotating Saturday schedule. On the job paid training and we will train the right person. Background check and high school diploma or GED is required. $15.00 per hour plus benefits.
Successfully train and be a primary team member providing counseling, enrollment, customer service and education to our clients. Interact with clients and/or creditors by phone, email, or in person to provide information in response to service inquires and problem solving.
Candidate should be detail oriented, efficient and accurate in data entry of enrollment file processing with excellent MS computer skills. Ability to use Outlook, multitask phones, public visitors, client appointments, data entry and a variety of office duties.
Experience needed: One year sales experience with the same employer, sales and customer service experience, credit collections experience, experience working with major creditor in the credit industry, professional appearance, well spoken, hard working, positive attitude, self motivated, and willingness to help and work with a variety of people. We are looking for a professional individual possessing excellent customer service skills to become a Certified Financial Counselor on our Boise, Idaho office.

We currently have a great opportunity for professionals with excellent retention experience to work at our corporate office in Boise. This position will pay $14.00 an hour. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus at $14.50 per hour. The right candidate will have a courteous and professional demeanor, be accountable and enjoy helping others. Retention representatives will be calling customers who have missed payments or and taking calls from customers who want to drop from the debt management program. Your job is to save them as a customer.
Must have previous customer service experience and at least 1 year sales experience with the same employer, Experience including up-selling and cross-selling products, collections, strong listening and probing skills, ability to retain customers and solid problem solving and decision making.
*Ability to resolve client issues in a professional, respectful and friendly manner at all times

*Ability to use strong organizational skills and prioritize attention to detail and follow-up
*Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and general computer skills, type a minimum of 45 words per minute.
*Ability to learn and use various industry-related software with flexibility
*Ability to perform basic mathematic calculations
*Ability to responsibly maintain confidential customer information
Each candidate must have flexibility to work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 7:00am and 7:00pm which could include a rotating Saturday work schedule of 9-1pm.

We are looking for a professional individual to assist in ensuring our customers consistently receive our high standards of exceptional customer service by reviewing client records to ensure policy and procedures are met. This position will review all incoming consumer contacts and our employees responses as documented within our database. Your findings will be reported back to employees and their managers.
This position requires strong interpersonal skills, grammar skills (both written and verbal) as well as the ability to work independently.
Applicants must possess the ability to efficiently use Microsoft Excel and Word in order to compile reports for Management review.
Hours are Mon-Fri 10am-3pm
