We currently have a great opportunity for professionals with excellent retention experience to work at our corporate office in Boise. This position will pay $14.00 an hour. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus at $14.50 per hour. The right candidate will have a courteous and professional demeanor, be accountable and enjoy helping others. Retention representatives will be calling customers who have missed payments or and taking calls from customers who want to drop from the debt management program. Your job is to save them as a customer.
Must have previous customer service experience and at least 1 year sales experience with the same employer, Experience including up-selling and cross-selling products, collections, strong listening and probing skills, ability to retain customers and solid problem solving and decision making.

*Ability to meet critical deadlines
*Ability to use strong organizational skills and prioritize attention to detail and follow-up

*Ability to perform basic mathematic calculations
*Ability to responsibly maintain confidential customer information
Each candidate must have flexibility to work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 7:00am and 7:00pm which could include a rotating Saturday work schedule of 9-1pm.

We are looking for an experienced sales candidate to train as a Certified Financial Counselor, Full Time position in our Boise, ID office, Monday through Friday (830am-7pm) and rotating Saturday schedule of 9am to 1pm.

Serves as the IT Help Desk Rep to provide assistance to company users and/or client-provided information resources technology. Coordinates basic user technical training and remediation activities, oversees information resources repository of instructional materials for user applications and makes recommendations for additions to learning aids and tools. Conducts needs assessments, evaluates assistance currently being offered and develops approaches to enhance company capabilities for user support.
Coordinates activities in support of user training and assistance requests for all programs.
Trains users in learning new company-provided applications and assists in problem solving for applications issues.
Maintains network and PC preventive maintenance logging efforts to ensure network and data integrity.
Maintains records, logs and reports of assistance.
Incumbents must possess work experience focusing on user software test/evaluation/operational methodology in a networked environment. Incumbents must also possess
excellent customer service, verbal and written skills. Windows server environments, terminal services, LAN and WAN configuration, VPN technology. Certification, a plus.
