Part time position. 25-30 hours per week. $13.50 per hour. Office hours are 7:00am-7:00pm and Saturday 9-1pm. Benefits available. * Background check required * High School Diploma or GED
Serves as the IT Help Desk Rep to provide assistance to company users and/or client-provided information resources technology. Coordinates basic user technical training and remediation activities, oversees information resources repository of instructional materials for user applications and makes recommendations for additions to learning aids and tools. Conducts needs assessments, evaluates assistance currently being offered and develops approaches to enhance company capabilities for user support.
Coordinates activities in support of user training and assistance requests for all programs.
Trains users in learning new company-provided applications and assists in problem solving for applications issues.
Maintains network and PC preventive maintenance logging efforts to ensure network and data integrity.
Maintains records, logs and reports of assistance.
Incumbents must possess work experience focusing on user software test/evaluation/operational methodology in a networked environment. Incumbents must also possess
excellent customer service, verbal and written skills. Windows server environments, terminal services, LAN and WAN configuration, VPN technology. Certification, a plus.
