Through the process of staff training, certification–internal and external, monitoring, and customer feedback we continually access and improve our various programs.

Quality Objectives

1. Debt Reduction Services will offer the best, most comprehensive education programs available, both to our clients, and those exploring our educational materials, or attending our classes.

2. To provide each client with superior customer service, and to continually look for ways to improve upon our already successful “Client Support Counselor” program.

3. To provide excellence in training to our staff, so that they may in turn provide quality, competent education and service to our clients.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to promote financial responsibility in our clients and community members nationwide. We accomplish this through educational programs, counseling, and personalized services. We thus empower individuals to develop and use positive budgeting skills and effective spending behaviors, to use credit wisely, and to prevent, manage, and eliminate consumer debt.
