Pre-Bankruptcy Filing Credit Counseling Services Are Currently Unavailable in Your State
While it is our goal to receive approval* to provide Credit Counseling Budget Briefing in all judicial districts across the United States, you are filing in a state where we currently do not provide such services. Please contact your bankruptcy attorney or the Executive Office of the United States Trustee for a list of approved nonprofit agencies in your area.
If you do file for bankruptcy, we invite you to come back to us for the required Debtor Education course that we have available in person and online, starting at just $25 per person.
*Approved to issue certificates in compliance with the Bankruptcy Code. Approval does not endorse or assure the quality of an Agency's services.
